SERVICE RE-DO & RETAIL RETURN POLICY:
I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or colour, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I'm happy to correct the issue at no additional charge. Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I do accept retail exchanges, I will suggest an alternative product to meet your needs, and the value of the product you return will be applied towards the new product. I will allow this for 14 days from your initial purchase.
FUTURE APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY:
To continue providing the best possible scheduling options to all my guests, I do require 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me.
Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, 50% per service cancelled,
does apply and the fee must be paid before a new appointment is scheduled.
(You must cancel online please do not call, text or email.)
If you fail to show up for an appointment 100% no-show fee will be charged.
I hate to enforce these policies but time is money and doesn't pay the bills.
