Your experience begins here!

As a new client at The Salon, I want you to feel confident and excited from the moment you arrive. Here's how to get started:

Before booking, take a moment to browse the service menu to find the right services for your needs. This helps me to understand exactly how to serve you best.

​Once you've selected your services, you can send me an email to provide insight into your hair history, goals, and preferences.

Every appointment should feel personal and intentional, just for you.

​

Then, you will need to make a booking. Click any online booking button. This will take you to my booking system, Fresha. Now, select all the services you require.

As a new guest, you may need a consultation and allergy test 48 hours before any colour services. Any bookings made indicate your agreement to my policies.

Access to The Salon is through the main entrance of the Hotel. Walk past the Bar-Restaurant and Health Suite. The Salon is the second door on your right-hand side. 

There is plenty of parking and disabled access.

 

​

 

Please take a seat. You can even jump straight into the massage chair and relax,

I'll be with you shortly to begin your complimentary, In-depth 10-minute consultation.

Here we will discuss the details of your first visit and a long-term plan to ensure all your hair goals are met.

If you request colour services, please note: My Policy and Insurance require a Mandatory  patch test at least 48 hours before any new colour service.

(No new colour appointments can be carried out without a patch test 48 hours prior)

​

All my colour formulas are custom-blended and recorded for future use, with adjustments tailored to your specific style, face shape, head shape, and skin tone.

 Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, a wide variety of beverages, snacks, phone chargers, and other thoughtful touches to make your visit comfortable while your colour processes.
