SERVICE RE-DO & RETAIL RETURN POLICY:
I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or colour, Please let me know within 7 days of your visit, and I'm happy to correct the issue at no additional charge. Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I accept retail exchanges. I will suggest an alternative product to meet your needs, and the value of the product you return will be applied towards the new product. I will allow this for 14 days from your initial purchase.

FUTURE APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY:
To continue providing all my guests the best possible scheduling options, I require 48 hours' notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me.
Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, 50% of the service cancelled.
This applies, and the fee must be paid before a new appointment is scheduled.
(You must cancel online, please do not call, text or email.)
If you fail to attend an appointment, a 100% no-show fee will be charged.
