Cancellation Policy

To continue providing all my guests the best possible scheduling options, I require 48 hours' notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, a 50% charge of the service fee will be applied. This applies, and the fee must be paid before a new appointment is scheduled. (You must cancel online, please do not call, text or email.) If you fail to attend an appointment, a 100% no-show fee will be charged. I hate to enforce these policies, but time is money and doesn't pay the bills.
